Voice Note Coaching (one month)
Service Description
For when you want support, reflection and accountability as life unfolds - not just when you’re sitting in a coaching session. This is a flexible way to have ongoing access to coaching support via voice notes. You can share what’s coming up for you in real time, send through your thoughts, questions, wins or challenges, and receive personalised coaching responses from me within 24 hours. No scheduling. No pressure. Just support available when you need it, in a way that fits into your real life. Your coaching support begins with a 30-minute set-up session via Zoom (if needed), then you’ll have dedicated WhatsApp access for the duration of your package.
Cancellation Policy
We request that you cancel at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the spot with someone else. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via the contact form on this website, via email hello@emmamartin.me or via text 0439 909 669. If you cancel your session within 48 hours notice a full refund is available. If you cancel your session with 24 hours notice a 50% refund is available. If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your session start time or do not show up to your session a refund is not available. If you have purchased a package with more than one session included and you would like to cancel the entire package, if you do so 48 hours before the first session of that package a full refund is available. If you have purchased a package with more than one session included and one or more of the included sessions have been carried out and you would like to cancel the remaining session(s) a partial refund may be available upon request, at the business owners discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
